Garlic Butter Shrimp Skillet
Plump Gulf shrimp seared in a sizzling lemon-garlic butter and finished with parsley.

Ingredients
- 1.5 lb large shrimp, peeled
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper
- Crusty bread to serve
Method
- 1 Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
- 2 Melt butter over medium-high heat and bloom the garlic and pepper flakes for 30 seconds.
- 3 Add the shrimp in a single layer and sear two minutes per side until pink and curled.
- 4 Finish with lemon juice and parsley and serve with bread for the pan sauce.
