Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwich
Smoky shredded pork dressed in tangy vinegar sauce, piled high with slaw on a soft bun.

Ingredients
- 5 lb pork shoulder
- 3 tbsp dry rub
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Brioche buns
- 2 cups slaw
- Pickles
Method
- 1 Coat the pork in the rub and smoke or roast low at 275F until 200F inside.
- 2 Whisk the vinegar sauce with brown sugar and chili flakes.
- 3 Pull the pork into shreds and toss with the vinegar sauce.
- 4 Pile onto buns with slaw and pickles.
