Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 5 lb pork shoulder
  • 3 tbsp dry rub
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Brioche buns
  • 2 cups slaw
  • Pickles

Method

  1. 1 Coat the pork in the rub and smoke or roast low at 275F until 200F inside.
  2. 2 Whisk the vinegar sauce with brown sugar and chili flakes.
  3. 3 Pull the pork into shreds and toss with the vinegar sauce.
  4. 4 Pile onto buns with slaw and pickles.
