Beef Lo Mein
Chewy egg noodles tossed with seared beef and crisp vegetables in a savory soy glaze.

Ingredients
- 12 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 lb flank steak, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- Green onion
Method
- 1 Boil the noodles until just tender and toss with sesame oil.
- 2 Sear the beef hard in a screaming-hot wok and remove.
- 3 Stir-fry the vegetables and garlic until crisp-tender.
- 4 Return the beef and noodles, add the sauces, and toss to coat.
