Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp gochujang
  • Sesame oil

Method

  1. 1 Season and quickly cook each vegetable separately, then set aside.
  2. 2 Brown the beef with soy and a touch of sugar.
  3. 3 Pack rice into bowls and arrange the toppings in sections.
  4. 4 Add a fried egg and a spoon of gochujang and toss at the table.
