Bibimbap
A sizzling rice bowl crowned with seasoned vegetables, beef, and a runny fried egg.
In the kitchen

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- Sesame oil
Method
- 1 Season and quickly cook each vegetable separately, then set aside.
- 2 Brown the beef with soy and a touch of sugar.
- 3 Pack rice into bowls and arrange the toppings in sections.
- 4 Add a fried egg and a spoon of gochujang and toss at the table.
