Classic Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives
  • 8 oz feta block
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Dried oregano

Method

  1. 1 Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into rough chunks and slice the onion thin.
  2. 2 Pile into a bowl with the olives.
  3. 3 Lay a slab of feta on top and drizzle generously with oil and vinegar.
  4. 4 Shower with oregano and let it sit 10 minutes before serving.
