Classic Greek Salad
Ripe tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion with olives and a slab of brined feta.

Ingredients
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 1 cup Kalamata olives
- 8 oz feta block
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Dried oregano
Method
- 1 Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into rough chunks and slice the onion thin.
- 2 Pile into a bowl with the olives.
- 3 Lay a slab of feta on top and drizzle generously with oil and vinegar.
- 4 Shower with oregano and let it sit 10 minutes before serving.
