Caprese with Burrata
Creamy burrata torn over heirloom tomatoes with basil and aged balsamic.

Ingredients
- 2 balls burrata
- 4 heirloom tomatoes
- Fresh basil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp aged balsamic
- Flaky salt
- Black pepper
- Grilled bread
Method
- 1 Slice the tomatoes thick and arrange on a platter.
- 2 Season with flaky salt and a few cracks of pepper.
- 3 Tear the burrata over the top and scatter basil.
- 4 Drizzle with oil and balsamic and serve with grilled bread.
