Rustic No-Knead Bread

Ingredients
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1.5 cups water
- 1/2 tsp yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- Cornmeal for dusting
- Extra flour
- A Dutch oven
- Patience
Method
- 1 Stir flour, water, yeast, and salt into a shaggy dough.
- 2 Cover and rest 12 to 18 hours until bubbly.
- 3 Shape into a round and proof one hour on parchment.
- 4 Bake covered at 450F for 30 minutes, then uncovered until deep brown.
