Garlic Pull-Apart Bread
Soft dough knots layered with garlic butter and herbs, baked to share.

Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 stick butter
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1/2 cup Parmigiano
- 1 tsp salt
- Olive oil
- Pinch of chili flakes
Method
- 1 Cut the dough into small pieces and toss in garlic butter.
- 2 Layer into a buttered loaf pan with Parmigiano.
- 3 Proof 45 minutes until puffy.
- 4 Bake at 375F for 30 minutes until golden and pull-apart tender.
