Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 stick butter
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1/2 cup Parmigiano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Olive oil
  • Pinch of chili flakes

Method

  1. 1 Cut the dough into small pieces and toss in garlic butter.
  2. 2 Layer into a buttered loaf pan with Parmigiano.
  3. 3 Proof 45 minutes until puffy.
  4. 4 Bake at 375F for 30 minutes until golden and pull-apart tender.
