Baked Macaroni & Cheese
Elbows in a sharp three-cheese sauce, baked under a crunchy buttered-crumb top.

Ingredients
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 cups milk
- 3 cups sharp cheddar
- 1 cup gruyere
- 1 cup panko
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
Method
- 1 Boil the macaroni just shy of tender.
- 2 Make a roux, whisk in milk, and melt in the cheeses with mustard.
- 3 Fold the pasta into the sauce and pour into a baking dish.
- 4 Top with buttered panko and bake at 375F until golden and bubbling.
