Margherita Pizza
Blistered thin crust with San Marzano sauce, fresh mozzarella, and torn basil.

Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup San Marzano sauce
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- Semolina for dusting
- Flaky salt
Method
- 1 Heat the oven and a pizza stone to 500F for at least 45 minutes.
- 2 Stretch the dough thin and dust your peel with semolina.
- 3 Spread a thin layer of sauce, dot with torn mozzarella, and slide onto the stone.
- 4 Bake 7 to 9 minutes until charred at the edges, then finish with basil, oil, and salt.
