New York Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 2 cups graham crumbs
• 1/2 cup butter
• 32 oz cream cheese
• 1.25 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 1 lemon, zested

Method

1. 1 Press the graham crust into a springform pan and chill.
2. 2 Beat cream cheese and sugar smooth, then add eggs one at a time.
3. 3 Stir in sour cream, vanilla, and zest and pour over the crust.
4. 4 Bake in a water bath at 325F until just set, then chill overnight.
